I HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERIES A NUMBER OF TIMES……..AND PUT THEM UP AND DOWN A NUMBER OF TIMES…..BUT NOTHING WORKS………..I DID NOT PURCHASE THEM FROM YOU, BUT THEY DO HAVE THE TRADEMARK ON THEM………….ANY SUGGESTIONS………..NO, I DO NOT HAVE THE RECEIPT
