wp.me This is the monument located at Tegallega Park in Bandung, Indonesia. At the center of this park is a monument which memorializes the March 24, 1946 burning of the city. This was the attempt to thwart the Dutch’s efforts to reclaim their pre-WWII colony (Indonesia). On the perimeter of the monument is the Tegallega Park, which contains monuments, honoring the delegates who attended the famous 1955 “Asian-African Conference.”
