These are beautiful dishes, even nicer than pictured. I was a little nervous ordering dishes through the mail but they were very securely packaged and arrived in excellent condition.
Overall, I just love them! They have held up well to a busy family. My daughter dropped a mug into the kitchen sink and it didn’t even chip. And when my teens unload the dishwasher, I hear the plates clicking together alarmingly but I haven’t seen any damage at all. We switched from Corelle plates to these so I was worried that perhaps we might have some broken plates or chips but so far, so good. The dishes also seem to be holding up well to being washed in the dishwasher and have stayed shiny and new looking.
The dishes have the feel of stoneware but they’re thin and lightweight, not heavy and clunky. The quality is good, the dishes are all uniform and the embossed design looks even and perfect. They’re just nice to look at and pleasant to use, too.
The only thing that I would note is that the color is not the same as the picture. They’re not a stark white but more of a warm creamy white. It’s a very pleasing color, though and goes well with everything. These dishes are our everyday dishes but I think they would also work well for special occasions.
The mugs are nice and big, perfect for a cup of hot tea and feel well balanced and comfortable in your hand. The dinner plates are rather large but my family likes them because the food is not crowded on the plates and the teens can easily take the size of portions they like. And the luncheon plates are a nice size for a sandwich or a light meal. The bowls are also rather large and can work for vegetable serving dishes, soup dishes or salad plates. So we’re finding that the set is versatile and we can use all of the dishes at various times.
I would highly recommend these.

I love these dishes! I am too practical to own china. These dishes have the elegant look of china, but they are light-weight, and practical: dishwasher and microwave-safe.

I bought 2 boxes of these dishes at a clearance store 4 years ago. I absolutely love these dishes. They are plain white with a slightly glossy finish and the pattern is subtle, classic and executed well. Zoom in on the picture – you get exactly what you see. Since they are white, you can dress them up or down with accessories – just like bluejeans. I really don’t think I will ever get tired of this pattern.
Since I have been having them for so long and want to keep them forever, I started thinking about what happens if I break one and I can’t get any more. That is the reason I ordered 2 more boxes when I found them online.
THESE DISHES PERFORM LIKE STONEWARE!! Printing on the bottom says: Freezer to oven to table. However, they are not thick and coarse looking like what you normally think of as stoneware. They look delicate, but not super-thin like fine china. They are perfect everyday dishes. I soak them and bang them around in my sink and I haven’t had any chips or breakage.
The dishes arrived packed tightly and well protected in an original double box for dishes from the manufacturer, then that box was in a larger Amazon box. The dishes shimmered as I unwrapped them in perfect condition, like they had found their way home!! (corny, I know, but I really love these dishes) 😀
