It can be used to call from the United States and offshore areas such as Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Guam and USVI.
AT&T prepaid phone cards can do International calls made from country to country outside of the U.S. where AT&T USADirect® Service is available.
To place a call from an international country to the U.S.: 1. From a touch-tone phone, dial the AT&T USADirect®access number (http://www.att.com/esupport/traveler.jsp) for the country you are in. 2. When asked to enter the number you wish to call, enter the toll-free Access Number (without a '1') found on your AT&T Prepaid Phone Card. 3. When prompted, press 1 to hear the instructions in English, 2 for Spanish. 4. When prompted, enter the PIN. 5. After entering your PIN, dial 1 + Area Code and Number to complete your call.
This service includes the following types of calls: 1. In-state and state-to-state consumer calls, here AT&T is authorized to carry such calls, that are: a)Placed via the toll free access number printed on the card; and b)Completed according to the dialing instructions on the card. 2. Outbound international calls from the U.S. to over 200 locations around the world that are: a) Placed via the toll free access number printed on the card; and b)Completed according to the dialing instructions on the card. 3. Inbound international calls to the U.S. and county-to-county calls outside the U.S. from/to select countries that are: a) Placed via the toll free access number shown on the card; and b) Completed according to the dialing instructions on the card. 3. On certain AT&T PrePaid Phone Cards, Directory Assistance calls may be completed that are: a) placed via the toll free access number shown on the card; and b) Completed according to the instructions in the call flow. 4. AT&T PrePaid Phone Cards cannot be used for toll-free calls, calls for paid services with premium charges, operator assisted calls, or calls to 911 or E911 emergency services.
